212名街头暗娼艾滋病自愿咨询检测的知信行调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解街头暗娼人群艾滋病自愿咨询检测的知识、态度和行为,提高其自愿咨询检测的积极性。[方法]采用随机整群抽样方法对重庆市区的212位街头暗娼进行匿名问卷调查。[结果]街头暗娼艾滋病自愿咨询检测的接受度极为低下,超过70%的被调查者不了解自愿咨询检测,实际接受过自愿咨询的比例仅占9.4%,自愿检测的比例仅占9.0%。[结论]重庆市街头暗娼对自愿咨询检测的知晓率较低,应该加强宣传,增进暗娼人群对自愿咨询检测的了解。[Objective] To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice about HIV Voluntary Counseling and Test（VCT） among street-based female sex workers（FSWs） in Chongqing and enhance them to do VCT actively.[Methods] By cluster-random sampling procedure,212 street-based female sex workers in main district were anonymously surveyed with questionnaires.[Results] The status of HIV VCT adoption was serious,more than 70% of the cases didn＇t understand VCT,and only 9.4% of them did consultant,and 9.0% of them did the test among street-based female sex workers.[Conclusion] The awareness rate of VCT was very low,it is urgent to strengthen the propaganda,and improve the knowledge of VCT in FSW.
