110接警员人格特征、心理健康状况及应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究成都市110接警员的人格特征、心理健康状况及其应对方式,并探讨三者的相关性。[方法]采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及应对方式问卷对102名接警员进行评定,并进行相关性分析。[结果]110接警员人格特征在EPQ问卷评定中显示,内外向维度高于常模具有统计学意义,而神经质、精神质维度及掩饰性得分显著低于常模且具有统计学意义;110接警员心理健康状况在SCL-90各因子分中除恐怖、人际关系、偏执外其余因子得分均高于常模,且具有统计学意义;110接警员的应对方式除解决问题和退避之外,其他各因子与正常对照相比具有统计学意义;110接警员EPQ各维度与应对方式因子分存在不同程度的相关,SCL-90阳性因子项目与不成熟的应对方式呈正相关。[结论]110接警员人格特征影响其应对方式,且110接警员心理健康状况及应对方式较正常人偏低,积极应对能有效地改善心理健康水平。[Objective] To evaluate the basic mental health status,personality characteristics and coping ways of the 100 Operators in Chengdu.[Methods] By the Symptom Checklist-90,the Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ） and the coping ways questionnaire,102 operators were evaluated,and correlation analysis was used.[Results] The scores of the factor E of EPQ questionnaire was significantly higher than the norm,while the scores of N,P and L were significantly lower than the norm;All the scores in SCL-90 of the 110 operators（excluding phobia,paranoia and interpersonal sensitivity） were significantly higher than the norm;Except problem of solution and avoidance,the other factors presented significant difference when compared with the normal;There were varying degrees of relativity between the factors scores of coping ways and the scores of EPQs factors;There is a positive relativity between the positive symptoms and the immature coping mode.[Conclu-sion] The personality characteristics affect the coping ways of operators,and the level of mental health and coping ways of 110 Operators were lower than the normal,active coping ways can effectively improve the 110 Operators levels of mental health.
