黄芪注射液对慢性阻塞性肺病大鼠肺组织病理学的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨黄芪注射液对COPD大鼠肺组织病理学的影响。[方法]将30只SD大鼠随机分为3组:①正常对照组:饲养28d;②COPD模型组:分别于d1,d14经气管注入脂多糖200μg.(200μl)-1,熏香烟1h/次,2次/d,共28d;③黄芪干预组(同上):d8起每天腹腔注射黄芪250mg.kg-1至d28。观察应用黄芪注射液治疗后肺组织形态学改变。[结果]黄芪注射液干预后大鼠肺组织的损伤性结构变化均较模型组程度轻,炎症细胞浸润减少。[结论]黄芪注射液可减轻大鼠炎症修复所致的气道壁结构重塑,改善大鼠受损的肺功能,对COPD大鼠气道炎症具有治疗作用。[Objective] To explore the effect of Astragalus injection mongholicus on lung tissue pathology in rats with COPD.[Methods] 30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups（n = 10）：① Healthy control group：rats were bred for 28 d.② COPD group：200 μg.（200 μl）^-l lipopoly saccharide（LPS）was instilled intratracheally once for every two weeks and the rats were exposed to cigarette smoke,2h/d for 4 weeks.③ astragalus Intervention group：200 μg.（200 μl）^-l lipopoly saccharide（LPS）was instilled intratracheally once for every two weeks and the rats were exposed to cigarette smoke,2 h/d for 4 weeks.and the group rats were intraperitoneally injected with 250 mg/kg radix astragali from 8 d to 28 d.lung tissue morpholo-gy changes were observed after treatment of radix astragali.[Results] Changes of rats lung tissue structures which were injury were lighter than that of model group after Astragalus injection intervened,and inflammatory cells infiltrating decreased.[Conclusion] Astragalus injection can reduce airway remodeling which rats inflammatory restoration leads to,and has therapeutic effect on airway inflammation in rats COPD.
