摘　　要：[目的]了解云南省玉溪市红塔区和澄江县居民对伤寒、副伤寒的认知、态度和行为(KAP)的差异,为开展伤寒副伤寒干预评价提供依据。[方法]按照分层随机抽样的原则,选定红塔592人、澄江590人,经由培训的调查员采用统一的调查问卷以询问的方式进行调查。[结果]红塔和澄江被调查居民对伤寒、副伤寒的相关知识有一定了解,但不很全面,总知晓率都不高。两地在回答有关问题时存在差异,红塔整体上要好于澄江;在伤寒副伤寒防病态度和行为方面,红塔和澄江居民对问题的回答也有差异,红塔同样好于澄江。[结论](1)加强红塔和澄江两地居民伤寒副伤寒防治知识的宣传和教育很有必要;(2)在两地宣教伤寒、副伤寒防治知识上应采取不同的方式;(3)对红塔和澄江居民喝生水,喜吃凉菜的生活习惯应加以纠正,对制作不洁净凉菜的餐馆和摊点必要时实施行政干预。[Objective] To understand the differences between the residents of Hongta District and Chengjiang County about Knowledge,Attitude and Practice（KAP）of typhoid and paratyphoid fever,so as to provide basis for developing evalu-ation measures for typhoid and paratyphoid fever.[Methods] In accordance with the principles of stratified random sampling,592 residents of Hongta and 590 residents of Chengjiang were selected and surveyed respectively with uniform questionnaires by the investigators trained before.[Results] We had some knowledge of typhoid and paratyphoid fever among residents in Hongta and Chengjiang,but residents surveyed in both regions are lack of some knowledge,and the total awareness rate presented to be low.The answering rates in both areas had difference,but the awareness rate in Hongta was significantly higher than that in Chengjiang;In the aspect of attitudes and behaviors,there were differences in the answering rates of residents in the two re-gions,and the rate in Hongta was better than that in chengjiang.[Conclusion] It＇s necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education of typhoid and paratyphoid fever among residents in Hongta and Chengjiang;（2）Different methods for typhoid and paratyphoid fever should be adopted in each region.（3）Bad behaviors such as drinking unboiled water and eating cold dish-es should be corrected.Related intervention should be taken for unclear cold dishes in hotels.
