摘　　要：构建保持大学生党员先进性长效机制是一项系统性工程。首要工作是要确定构建长效机制的基本要求,体现时代性、把握规律性、富于创造性。根据上述要求,长效机制应当包括学习教育机制、党性分析机制、监督管理机制、实践锻炼机制和素质提升机制。为确保长效机制发挥应有的功能,必须与学习实践科学发展观活动结合起来,与积极建设和谐校园的活动结合起来,与发挥高校各级党组织功能结合起来,与认真学习贯彻党章的活动结合起来。Establishing the long effective mechanism in maintaining the advancement of college student party members is a system engineering program. The most important task is to determine the basic requirements of the construction of long acting system, which should reflect the spirit of the times, master law and have full creation. According to above-mentioned requirements, the long acting system should include building system of the study and education, system of analysis of party spirit, system of supervising and management, system of practice and training, system of enhancing quality. In order to ensure a long-term mechanism to perform its due functions,it should unify with the activity of studying practice scientific development concept, with the activity of constructing the harmonious campus, unify with playing the function of university party organizations at all levels, with the activity of studyingand implementing the Constitution of the Party.
