摘　　要：通过实验，研究了模孔位置对铝型材挤压时金属流速分布的影响。根据流速均等的观点提出了挤压模工作带形状设计公式，该公式已初步通过生产性验证。Through the extrusion experiment,the influence of die hole location on the metal flow in extrusion of aluminum shape is investigated With the view to equalize the metal flow,a formula is proposed for calculating the die land length The formula has been proved by industry practice
