摘　　要：ＳＭ４９０Ｂ钢相当于国产１６Ｍｎ钢，属热轧类钢，应用十分广泛。利用等强匹配原则，通过对焊接接头的机械性能实验，选出合适的焊接方法、焊接材料及工艺参数。Equivalent to 16Mn steel,SM490B steel is a kind of hot-rolling steel,and has been used widely Based on the equal strength principle,the welding methods,welding rods and welding parameters for SM490B steel were chosen according to the mechanical properties of welding heads
