Arthroscopic Absorbable Interference Screw Fixation and Four-stranded Hamstring Tendons Autograft for Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下应用自体半腱肌腱和股薄肌腱重建前交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法自2002年7月至2009年4月,对诊断明确的42例前交叉韧带断裂的患者,关节镜下应用自体半腱肌腱和股薄肌腱重建前交叉韧带。其中男17例,女25例;平均年龄29.8岁（21~49岁）。结果 35例患者均获随访,膝关节功能评估采用Lysholm功能评分标准,术后随访平均30个月（10~46个月）。术前平均（54.7±4.5）分,术后平均（90.8±3.2）分,无明显手术并发症。结论关节镜下应用自体半腱肌腱和股薄肌腱重建前交叉韧带,具有定位准确、创伤小、术后恢复及并发症少等优点,是一种简单有效的治疗方法 。Objective To explore surgical techniques and clinical effects of arthroscopic absorbable interference screw fixation and four-standed hamstring tendon autograft for the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament（ACL）.Methods Forty-two patients with rupture of the ACL were operated on by arthroscopic four-stranded hamstring tendons autograft reconstruction using absorbable screw fixation.Results Follow up for10~46 months（mean,30 months） in 35 patients showed normal motion range of knee joint.Postoperative all patients showed an absent pivot shift.Postoperative Lysholm score was（54.7±4.5） points,which had increased significantly as compared with the preoperative score（90.8±3.2）points.Conclusion In ACL reconstruction,four stranded hamstring tendon is an ideal graft material and absorbable interference screw is optimal for internal fixation.
