摘　　要：目的探讨髋关节置换术后早期脱位发生原因,以指导预防和治疗。方法统计280例患者的295侧髋置换术临床资料,对其中发生早期脱位的13例患者进行治疗及随访观察。结果显示规范化的手术治疗后,不良活动是目前脱位主要原因。术后正确的康复锻炼,能有效地防止早期脱位的发生。结论加强术前宣教工作和术后正确的康复锻炼非常重要。Objective To discuss the causes of early dislocation after hip replacement,for the purpose of its prevention and proper treatment.Methods Ananalysis of 280 cases（295hips） who received hip re-placement was made.Among them,13 cases who suffered from early hip dislocation were followed up.Results Inappropriate postoperative rehabilitation were the main causes of early hip dislocation.Conclusion Appropriate postoperative rehabilitation and care,Preoperative information are much important.
