摘　　要：一方面,计算机网络的迅速发展,社会对计算机网络人才的需要日益膨胀;另一方面,毕业生数量急剧提升,就业形式严峻。文章针对上述问题,以计算机网络专业为例,从其培养模式方案设计以及其实施两方面,对该专业人才培养模式进行初步探讨。With the rapid development of computer networks, the increasing talent demand for computer network, the ever increasing number of college graduates and severe college graduates＇ employment situation, This paper makes a preliminary exploration of training mode and concrete implement by taking the computer network speciality for example.
