摘 要:目的探讨手术室综合技能实训在护理专科生培养中的应用效果。方法在2008届和2009届护理专科生中分别随机选取1个班为试验组(n=113),分别选取1个班为对照组(n=113)。试验组采用手术室综合技能实训为主的教学方法,开展10学时的强化培训;对照组采用传统单项技能实训为主的教学方法,开展10学时培训。比较两组技能考核结果。结果试验组技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论手术室综合技能实训有利于提高护理专科生的实践动手能力和技能操作水平。Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive skill training of operating room on training junior college nursing students. Methods The students of one class graduated in 2008 (n=51) and in 2009 (n=62) were considered as the experimental group,who adopted the comprehensive skill training of operating room for 10 class hours. The students of another class graduated in 2008 (n=51)and in 2009(n=62)were considered as the control group,who carried out the conventional training for 10 class hours. The check results were compared. Results The experimental group had higher score in skill measurement than the control group(P0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive skill training of operating room can improve the students' nursing skills and operation level.
