摘  要:利用示波冲击试验及断口分析方法对HQ785C钢的韧脆断裂转变特性进行了研究。结果表明,动态断裂韧性KⅠd与最大载荷吸收功Em具有随温度一致变化的规律,而与总的冲击能Et则无这种关系。试验还发现,屈服载荷与最大载荷相等的温度为材料的韧脆转变温度,该温度受控于材料的解理断裂应力σf,在此温度下有解理断裂发生。Abstract The characteristics of ductile to brittle fracture transition of HQ785C steel have been investigated by means of instrumented impact test and SEM. The results show that the dynamic fracture toughness K Ⅰd vs. temperature has the same trend as the absorbed energy E m up to maximum load, but has not the same trend as the total absorbed energy E t. It is also indicated that the temperature at which dynamic yield load equals maximum load is the temperature of ductile to brittle fracture transition, which is controlled by the cleavage fracture stress σ f. The cleavage fracture can occur below this temperature.
