摘 要:目的探索运用人类基本需要层次论对抑郁症病人开展整体护理,促进病人康复的效果。方法将2006年3月至2008年2月在心理科住院的抑郁症病人186人随机分成两组,每组93人,对照组在药物治疗的基础上开展整体护理;观察组同样基础上应用人类基本需要层次论对抑郁症病人开展整体护理。结果观察组除2例外,其余病人SDS、SAS标准分均降至正常范围。对照组有67人SDS、SAS标准分均降至正常范围,仍有26人SDS标准分≥53分;SAS标准分≥50分,残余躯体化、抑郁和焦虑。平均住院日观察组明显比对照组减少。结论运用人类基本需要层次论结合整体护理,抑郁症病人在住院期间急需问题能得到及时的解决,立即减轻或解除痛苦,病人感觉良好满意度大为提高,加速抑郁症状的缓解促进康复。Objective To explore the patients'rebilitation effect by the combination of the human basic needs stratification and the holistic nursing. Methods A total of 186 depression patients were divided into two group, each group had 93 eases. The control group was treated by the holistic nursing and medication, and the experimental group was treated not only by the holistic nursing and medication but also by the human basic needs stratification. Results By investigating the satisfaction of two group, the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The test results of SAS and SDS in two groups during convalescence as follows : except for 2 person, there were become to normal range in the standard score of SAS and SDS of the experimental group; there were become to normal range in the control group of 67, then there were beyond 53 in 26 patient of the standard score of SDS and the standard score of SAS beyond 50, these patients were be with somatization, depression and anxiety. Mean hospitalization days of the experimental group were significantly few than those of the control group. Conclusions By the combination of the human basic needs stratification and the holistie nursing, the depression patients'problem are resolved timely during hospitalization and their pain are relieved, besides patients feel better and more satisfaction, therefore their depression is resolved faster.
