进展期中低位直肠癌围手术期的舒适护理与生活质量

摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期进行舒适护理对进展期（T3、T4）中低位直肠癌术后生活质量的影响。方法对2006年10月至2008年10月期间我院60例中低位直肠癌患者进行研究，将所有病例随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例，对照组予以常规护理，观察组在术前、术后采用舒适护理方式，评价并比较两组术后住院满意度、住院天数及生活质量情况。结果观察组住院满意度为96．7％，对照组为76．7％，两组差异明显，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组住院天数为14．5d，对照组为24．6d，两组比较P〈0．05，术后疼痛、饮食、睡眠、社会生活等生活质量方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论围手术期舒适护理可明显增强进展期中低位直肠癌根治术后患者的舒适程度，增加满意度，促进患者术后尽早康复，提高生活质量。Objective To explore effect of comfortable nursing in pefioperative period on life quality after operation in patients with mid -low locally advanced recal cancer. Methods Sixty patients with mid -low locally advanced recal cancer in our hospital from October 2006 to October 2008 were randomly divided into control group （n = 30） and observation group （n = 30） . Comfortable nursing care and routine pefioperative nursing care were respectively taken in the control and observation group. Results The degree of satisfaction were 96.7% and 76. 7% （P 〈0. 05 ） respectively in the control and observation groups, and hospital day were 14. 5 days and 24. 6 days respectively in the two groups. The quality of life in control group after operation was better than that in observation group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Comfortable nursing in pefioperative period is able to significantly strengthen the comfortable degree in perioperative period and improve the quality of life after operation in patients with mid - low locally advanced recal cancer.
