摘　　要：以数控机床为代表的数控设备具有加工精度高,自动化程度高,操作使用方便的特点,已得到广泛应用,成为机械制造行业的主要力量。由于数控机床的维修率较高,需要掌握数控机床的常见故障及一般判别方法。NC equipment, which takes NC machine for representative, has the features of high machinery accuracy, high automation and convenient operation. It has been widely used and has become the main power of machinery manufacturing industry. The common faults and general discrimination method of NC machine needs to bc known because of its relatively high maintenance rate.
