氟比洛芬酯注射液对于骨科四肢手术术后的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨氟比洛芬酯对骨科手术术后的患者的镇痛效果、不良反应及对运动痛及功能恢复的疗效研究。方法:60例择期手术患者,按随机数字表法分为两组:氟比洛芬酯(试验组),阿片类药物+非甾体类抗炎药物(对照组)。分别于术后1、6、12、24h记录VAS评分、不良反应(恶心、呕吐、嗜睡、胃肠道出血、呼吸抑制等)、夜间静息疼痛情况、术后第48h-72h运动痛的情况。结果:实验组术后24h内VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)、实验组不良反应也较少(P<0.05),第48h-72h之间实验组运动镇痛效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)、且夜间静息疼痛实验组比对照组要轻(P<0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯镇痛效果好,尤其是对运动痛的镇痛效果明显优于普通阿片类,不良反应少,更有利于术后功能恢复。Objective：To explore the postoperative analgesic effects,adverse reactions of flurbiprofen axetil injection and the efficacy of it for the movement pain and functional recovery on orthopedic surgery patients.Methods：60 cases of elective surgery were randomly divided into two groups：the flurbiprofen axetil（test group）,opioids ＋ non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs（control group）.Record the VAS score,side effects（nausea,vomiting,drowsiness,gastrointestinal bleeding,respiratory depression,etc.）,night pain under resting conditions at 1,6,12,24h after the surgery,and the movement pain after the first 48h-72h,respectively.Results：The experimental group＇s VAS score was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）,the experimental group and fewer adverse reactions（P〈0.05）,the experimental group＇s analgesic effect of movement during the first 48h-72h analgesic effect of movement is significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the night-time resting pain of the experimental group tends to be lighter than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil is good,especially for movement pain,and is significantly superior to common opioid,and less adverse reactions,which is more conducive to postoperative functional recovery.
