摘　　要：本文用对比的方法主要阐述了明胶微胶囊、微球的制备方法及在生物医学、食品、农业等领域的应用。对明胶微囊、微球的性质和分析检测方法等做了简要的介绍,并指出了明胶微囊、微球在未来的发展前景以及需要解决的问题。This essay summarizes the method of making the nature of gelatine micro-capsule and micro-balloon.It also comparatively formulates its application in the fields,such as biology,medicine and chemistry,etc.Besides,it also involves the detection of gelatine micro-capsule,the means of analysis,as well as the research advance and the unsolved problems of encapsulization of gelatine.
