摘　　要：目的:探索出生缺陷综合干预评价指标体系及权重,为科学评价干预效果提供参考依据。方法:采用Delphi专家咨询法对25位专家进行问卷咨询。结果:开展3轮咨询,回收率均在86%以上,专家的权威系数为0.82。经过分析,共筛选出3个一级指标和13个二级指标,并确定了各指标的权重。结论:专家代表性好,积极性和权威性高,综合评价指标系统可用于出生缺陷干预项目的综合评价。Objective：To determine evaluation index system and weights of comprehensive intervention on birth defect to provide scientific evidence for evaluating invention effects.Methods：Twenty-five selected experts participated in this study using Delphi expert consultation method.Results：Three turns of consultation were developed.Recovery rates of 3 turns were all over 86%,the authority coefficient was 0.82.After 3 turns of consultation,3 primary and 13 secondary indicators were confirmed as evaluation index system,and the weights of these indicators were determined.Conclusion：In this study expert representation was good,enthusiasm and authority were high,so evaluation index system confirmed could be used for the comprehensive evaluation on birth defect intervention project.
