摘　　要：目的研究紫金砂的化学成分。方法药材采用80%乙醇提取,溶剂萃取,三氯甲烷提取部位浸膏应用硅胶柱,RP-C18反相柱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为石当归素（1）、3＇-O-乙酰基亥茅酚（2）、珊瑚菜素（3）、栓翅芹烯醇（4）、伞形花内酯（5）、佛手酚（6）、奥斯竹素（7）、divaricatol（8）、二氢山芹醇（9）。结论化合物5~9为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物6~8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Angelica polymorpha Maxim.Methods The chloroform-soluble fraction of alcohol-extract was isolated and purified by column chromatography on silicagel,RP-C 18 and Sephadex LH-20 column.All the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and physico-chemical characters.Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as saxalin（1）,3＇-O-acetylhamaudol（2）,phellopterin（3）,pabulenol（4）,umbelliferone（5）,bergaptol（6）,ostruthol（7）,divaricatol（8）,columbianetin（9）.Conclusion Compounds 5-9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.Compounds 6-8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
