摘　　要：2003年以来,黑龙江省三线城市房地产市场价格总体上呈现快速上涨态势。本文结合黑龙江省三线城市的实际情况对影响房地产价格变动的主要因素进行详尽分析,进而提出促进房地产市场健康持续发展的对策建议。The price of the real estate in the third cities in Heilongjiang Province are rase rapidly on the whole.This paper thoroughly analyzed the effect of reality to the major factors of the real estate price changes in the third cities in Heilongjiang Province.And follows the solution and recommendations to the sustained and sound development of the real estate market.
