摘　　要：本文叙述国家信息基础设施（ＮＩ）、国家空间数据基础设施（ＮＳＤＩ）和数字地球的概念与相互关系，通过讨论分析。The concept of NII (National Information Infrastructure), NSDI (National Spatial Data Infrastructure) and Digital Earth and their relationship are described in this paper. After this discussion described some valuable suggestions are proposed in order to promote the development of information high techniques in China.
