摘　　要：以人力资本存量的研究成果为基础,利用经济增长模型的分析方法研究人力资本积累对经济增长的影响,提出人力资本积累对经济增长实现社会最优化的路径。人力资本积累通过人力资本供给因素、人力资本需求因素和人力资本积累支撑等方面影响经济增长。我国现有人力资本积累不能满足经济增长的需要,应全面提升人力资本积累,统筹城乡经济增长。Based on some related works about human capital stock,this paper studied the effect of the human capital accumulation on economic growth in the light of the economic growth model,and proposed one scheme for human capital accumulation on economic growth to achieve social optimal path.Then,some economic explanation for the economic growth was made in respect of the human capital supply factors,demand factors of human capital,human capital accumulation and other aspects.Finally,considering these conclusions and the fact that the present situation in human capital accumulation can not meet the need of economic growth,this paper made some suggestions for how to improve human capital accumulation and get the overall planning in the urban and rural economic growth.
