HPLC法测定冬虫夏草菌粉及含片中腺苷的含量

摘　　要：采用Kromasil—C18（4．6mm×250mm，5um）色谱柱，以0．05mol／L磷酸二氢钾-甲醇（90：10）为流动相，流速为1．0mL·min-1，检测波长260nm，柱温为35℃，建立HPLC法测定冬虫夏草菌粉及含片中腺苷的含量。实验结果表明，腺苷含量在0．005-0．2ug（r=0．9993）范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为101．19％，RSD=1．45％（n=3）。该方法准确可靠、结果稳定、重现性好，可有效控制制剂的质量。The HPLC method was carried on Kromasil-C18 （4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 um）,using 0. 05 mol . L-1 potassiun dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanol （90 ： 10） as a mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL . min-1,deetor 260 nm and the column temperature 35 ℃,to determine the content of adenosine in Cordyceps sinensics （Berk） Sacc. and tablets. Adensine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 005 -0. 2 ug（r = 0. 999 3）. The average recovery was 101.19% ,RSD= 1.45%. The established method is accurate, reliable and specific. The results are stable with good reproducibility and the quality of the tablets can be controlled by the method.
