摘　　要：近年来我国旅游业迅猛发展,处于旅行社核心地位的计调及其所具备的职业能力关系到整个旅游业的健康、可持续发展,因此对计调职业能力指标体系的探讨具有重要意义。计调职业能力指标体系包括职业知识、职业素养、职业技能三方面的内容,品质修养是其中最重要的指标。In recent years, our tourism industry has developed rapidly. Operator who is in the core status of travel agency, and its professional ability have related to the healthy and sustainable development of entire tourism. Therefore, analysis on the index system of operator＇s vocational ability is of great significance. Based on system theory and the method of function analysis, Index system of the operator＇s professional ability includes professional knowledge, Professional quality, professional skill of the three aspects of contents. The analysis on the importance of each index, which Obtained quality culture is one of the most important indicators.
