摘　　要：本文利用薄层树脂相通过光度测测定痕量铁．铁离子在ｐＨ＝１．３０～１．５５的盐酸介质中与乙酰丙酮形成稳定的有色络合物，将其富集在Ｈ＋型（７３２＃）阳离子交换树脂上，通过制作成薄层直接测定．本法操作简便，装皿容易，选择性好，用于试剂中痕量铁的测定。A new analytical method with the thinlager resin-phase.Spectrophotometry determination of traces inon has been developed.A colored complexes was obtained from.Fe ion reacted with acetylpropanone in a buffer medium of hydrochloric acid at pH=1.30～ 1.55 and then enriched on catconic exchange resin(732 #).The concentration of iron was directly determined on a thin lager of the iron enriched cationic exchange resin.The proposed method is rapid,sensitive and selective. It has been used to determine iron in reagents and satisfactory results were obtained.
