摘  要:在气流床快速加氢热解装置上,对挥发分wv由9.81%~44.2%范围内14种煤,在750°C、氢气氛条件下进行了加氢热解的研究。结果表明,碳含量与液态烃产率、H/C与气态烃产率以及氧含量与CO、CO2和水产率有对应关系。碳含量wc为85%和H/C为0.6是加氢热解煤的特征值,wc大于85%和H/C小于0.6的煤种一般不适宜用于加氢热解。研究比较发现,煤中的H/C较好地表征了煤种对液态、气态生成物产率以及生成物总产率的影响,H/C为0.8是煤的另一特征值,H/C大于0.8的煤有大致相同的气态、液态和气液态生成物总产率。Forteen kinds of Chinese coal, volatile of which 9.81% to 44.2%, have been flash hydropyrolysed in a small entrained reactor at 750 °C under hydrogen atmosphere. The results indicated that, carbon content of coal to yields of liquid hydrocarbon, H/C of coal to yields of gas hydrocarbon and oxygen content of coal to yields of CO、CO 2 and H 2O show close corresponding relations. the correlations between yields of CH 4、C 2 and C 2H 6 and H/C can be expressed as: Y CH 4 =-42.2+100 R (0.51< R <0.59), Y CH 4 = 15.8 +1.67 R (0.59< R <1.11), Y C 2 =0.347+4.78 R and Y C 2H 6 =0.352+4.74 R ; the correlations between yields of CO, CO 2 and water and oxygen content of coal can be expressed as: Y CO =-0.172+0.775 w o- 0.019 5 w o 2, Y CO 2 =-0.043 7+0.035 5 w o, Y H 2O =0.726+0.467 w o. The characteristic values of coal for flash hydropyrolysis are that H/C is 0.6 and carbon content is 85%. The coal, of which H/C is lower than 0.6 and carbon content is higher than 85%, is usually not suitable for flash hydropyrolysis. It is found that, influence of coal rank on yields of liquid as well as gas, and total conversion of coal in flash hydropyrolysis can be characterized by H/C in coal. The another characteristic value of coal is H/C=0.8. Coal of H/C>0.8 can obtain nearly the same yields of gas, liquid and product.
