摘 要:对芥蓝与诸葛菜属间杂种的减数分裂进行了观察.在杂种中期Ⅰ的花粉母细胞中,染色体数目稳定为21,有5种染色体配对构型,二价体数变化为0~3.由杂种的平均配对构型为18.84Ⅰ+1.04Ⅱ+0.03Ⅲ表明,杂种染色体配对程度很低.由于芥蓝和诸葛菜染色体组内都有部分同源性。Observations were made on meiosis of intergeneric hybrids from Brassica alboglabra×Orychophragmus violaceus .At metaphase Ⅰ,chromososme number was invariably 2n=21 and 5 pairing configurations with the number of bivalents ranging from o to 3 were found in PMCs of the hybrids.Chromosome pairing of the hybrids was averaged as 18.84Ⅰ+1.04Ⅱ+0.03Ⅲ,which indicated that the degree of pairing was low.As homoeology was detected within genomes of both B.alboglabra and O. violaceus, it was inferred that the degree of homoeology between the genome of B. alboglabra and that of O.violaceus was extremely low.
