摘 要:切取由苦瓜种子形成的试管苗的顶芽及带芽茎段,移植于附加4~6mg/LZT或4~6mg/L6-BA的MS培养基上,可以促进芽的增殖,形成芽簇,每月每株可增殖4苗;移植于附加4mg/LZT及0.5mg/LKT或附加4mg/LZT及LH(水解乳蛋白)的培养基上,每月每株可增殖5苗.将幼苗接转于MS+ZT0.5mg/L的培养基上,生长健壮.丛芽生根选用大量元素减半的MS培养基,蔗糖浓度为2%效果最好,生根率达80%,移栽成活率为80%.The bud explant,cut off from Balsam pear stelile seedlings,were cultured on MS media supplemented with 4~6mg/L of 6 BA or 4~6mg/L of ZT,which stimulated proliferation of the bud meristems to form bud clusters,the propagation co efficient reached 4;the bud explants were cultured on MS medium 4mg/L ZT+ 0.5mg/L KT or 4mg/L ZT+50mg/L LH,the propagation co efficient reached 5 or above.The buds were transferred to medium MS+ZT 0.05mg/L,and rootless plantlets were obtained.On medium MS containing 1/2 macronutrient elements,sucrose 2%,the plantlets began to root in 10 days,the frequency of root organogenesis reached 80%.The transplanting survival rate was 80%.
