摘 要:分子筛膜具有与常见气体和溶剂分子大小相当的规则孔道结构,良好的热稳定性和催化性能,可用于强化气体混合物分离和膜反应过程。到目前为止,沸石分子筛膜(如BEA、LTA和MFI型)和磷铝分子筛膜(如AEI、AFI和CHA型)相关的研究工作均有大量报道[5],但ATS型磷酸铝分子筛薄膜的合成与应用研究仍未见公开报导。The MgAPO-36 molecular sieve films on porous α-Al2O3 substrates were synthesized under different nMg/nP ratios by using in situ hydrothermal crystallization.The influence of nMg/nP on the microstructure and continuity of the MgAPO-36 film was studied.The CoAPO-36 molecular sieve films on porous α-Al2O3,stainless steel and K2Ti6O13 substrates were fabricated to reveal the effect of the substrate on film formation.SEM observations and XRD data indicate that the pure MgAPO-36 film can be fabricated on porous α-Al2O3 substrate with the nMg/nP ratio between 0.08 and 0.24.Especially,the MgAPO-36 film becomes uniform and continuous when the nMg/nP ratio is about 0.10.Although pure CoAPO-36 films can be formed on porous α-Al2O3,stainless steel and K2Ti6O13 substrates,the continuous and uniform CoAPO-36 film can only be synthesized on porous K2Ti6O13 substrate.
