摘　　要：从国内的实际情况出发。借鉴其他行业机车调度的应用经验，建立了露天矿山计算机铁路运输机车调度的运行图软件与通讯软件，经室内与现场试验，结果表明该软件是先进的，运行可靠．In order to build up C omputer-Dispatching-Locomotive System(CDLS) in China， thecomputer locomotive dispatching systemic software was studied based on the analysis of practicalapplication of locomotive dispatching and computer in open-pit mine were.The locomotive runningchart software and communication software were set up， and the experiments in room and in sitewere carried out.lt shows the software system is reliable.
