摘　　要：阐述了利用黄麻纤维作为主要原料生产黄麻针刺非织造布以及在后续性能改进中加入粘合剂以增强纤网各项力学性能的工艺路线及生产过程。通过单因子实验,分析了针刺频率、针刺道数和针刺深度这三个针刺工艺参数对黄麻针刺非织造布各项性能的影响,并研究了加入粘合剂前后材料的力学性能的变化。Elaborating process route of producing nonwovens shopping bag material using jute fiber as main raw material and enhancing the material by adding adhesive. By doing single factor experiments, analyzing how the the needle-punching paramaters including frequence, depth and times of needle-punching affect the performances of nonwovens material and how the mechanical properties of the material change after enhanced by adhesive.
