摘 要:条纹类图象的自动处理在近十年来受到极大关注。近几年来,一些可选用的抗噪相展开算法已经被提出来,但是对于大尺度相值间断线和真实的相值不连续缺乏有效的对策或需要较强的限制条件,从而限制了它们的应用。该文针对上述问题进行了分析,提出了一种新的寻找噪声源的方法。并且以二阶差分在区分相值间断区域和真实的相值不连续处的良好表现为基础,提出了一种适用性较强的相展开方法。There has been an increasing interest in the automation of fringe analysis over the last decade. In recent years some of the alternative noise immune phase unwrapping algorithms have been proposed, these approaches have not refered to the problem caused by large scale discontinuities and the true phase discontinuites or with stringent restrict. Based on analysis of the problem, this paper has put forward a new accurate method to mask the noise points. And account on the good performance of second difference in dealing with large scale discontinuities and the true phase discontinuites, a versatile phase unwrapping method has been proposed.
