摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方洛美沙星即型凝胶滴耳剂中洛美沙星的含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18),流动相为0.05mol.L^(-1)枸橼酸溶液-乙腈(85:15),流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为287nm,采用峰面积外标法计算含量。结果:洛美沙星检测浓度线性范围为1.096~16.440μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.998),平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=0.55%,n=5)。结论:本方法操作简便、快捷,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可用于测定复方洛美沙星即型凝胶滴耳剂中洛美沙星的含量。OBJECTIVE：To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of lomefloxacin in Compound lomefloxacin in-situ gel ear drops.METHODS：The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L^-1 citric acid-acetonitrile（85：15）at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 287 nm.Content was（r=0.999 8）with an average recovery of 99.8%（RSD=0.55%,n=5）.CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,rapid,accurate,calculated using external standard method with peak area.RESULTS：The linear range of lomefloxacin were 1.096～16.440 μg·mL^-1 reliable and reproducible for the content determination of Compound lomefloxacin in-situ gel ear drops.
