从“舞姿转”的训练谈中国古典舞身韵动律

摘　　要：20世纪80年代,中国古典舞身韵的诞生成为中国古典舞发展的标志性飞跃。身韵是古典舞学科体系的核心,是中国古典舞教学的思维模式、审美规范与衡量标准,也是中国古典舞继承与发展的重要枢纽。本文以"舞姿转训练"为切入点,将笔者在古典舞基训中的教学实践给予提炼,探讨了身韵的"审美核心"价值如何在训练中得以体现的方式,总结了以身韵动律为着眼点、组织"舞姿转"训练教材的思路。In 1980s,the birth of Shenyun（physical charm） symbolized a great leap for the development of Chinese classical dance.It is well acknowledged that Shenyun is the core of subject system of Chinese classical dance,the ideological mode in the teaching practice,the aesthetic regulations and criterion as well as the crucial key to inheriting and promoting Chinese classical dance.Taking training of dance turning as breakthrough point,the essay aims at providing approaches to construction of teaching material for training＂dance turning＂based on movement rhythm of Shenyun,by summarizing the writer＇s teaching experience in basic training of Chinese classical dance as well as analyzing ways of displaying the value of＂aesthetic core＂of Shenyun.
