摘　　要：在认识当前可持续发展水平的基础上提出相应的对策措施,是滑雪体育旅游可持续发展得以实现的重要保障。依据建立旅游可持续发展指标体系的原则,通过对相关指标的调查与分析,初步构建了区域滑雪体育旅游可持续发展指标体系框架,并以黑龙江省为例进行实证分析,旨在对地方政府、滑雪体育旅游开发者、经营者、社区居民及滑雪体育旅游者产生积极影响,并为科学决策提供必要的依据。This paper proposed the appropriate countermeasures based on the understanding of the current level of sustainable development,which were important guarantees for sustainable development of ski sports tourism.According to the construction principles of tourism sustainable development indicators system,by investigating and analyzing the related indicators,this article initially built a sustainable development indicator system framework of regional ski sports tourism,then gave an empirical analysis on Heilongjiang Province,in order to bring positive impact on the local government,ski sports tourism developers,operators,community residents and tourists.At the same time,it provided the necessary basis for scientific decision-making.
