摘　　要：对河北省优势、潜优势运动项目进行了再认识,在对竞技能力本质探讨的基础上,提出运动项目综合竞技能力的概念,分析研究了运动项目综合竞技能力的内涵,并将综合竞技能力构成因素划分为竞技潜能、竞技势能、团队效能、团队智能、环境制能。从而全方位、多角度、深层次认识河北省优势、潜优势运动项目的综合竞技能力,为河北省的竞技体育健康、有序地向前发展提供理论依据。This paper recognizes the superior sports events and sports events of potential superiority in Hebei Province.On the basis of probing into the competitive ability essence,it proposes the concept of comprehensive competitive ability of sports events,and analyses its connotation,then the components of it are divided into competitive potential,competitive potential,team effectiveness,team intelligence and environmental system.On the basis of comprehensive,multi-angle,deep-seated understanding of the superior sports events and sports events of potential superiority in Hebei Province,the paper brings forward theory basis for the healthy and orderly development of Hebei competitive sports.
