摘　　要：数控设备已经逐渐在相当多的企业普及和应用,如何应用和改进本企业的数控设备,使其充分发挥效能,是制造型企业必须面对的课题。通过视频技术和数控过程的有效结合,利用Video4Linux API函数实现视频数据采集,运用CNC的通信及其运行机制,实现视频图像技术与DNC系统的融合。To be an important equipment of the enterprise to create the speed and efficiency,numerical control equipments has gradually become popular and be used in a considerable number of enterprises,how to improve and use the enterprise's numerical control equipments fully,which are manufacturingoriented enterprises have to face.The focuses are on how to use Video4Linux APIs to build video surveillance system,including communication method.Followed by detailed analysis of the DNC communications system and its operational mechanism.Finally,introduced the integration of the embedded video client to the DNC system.
