摘　　要：金属切削机床在长期的使用过程中会出现导轨面磨损,其精度逐渐丧失,将直接影响机床的加工精度。为解决此问题,对V形圆导轨面的结构特点进行了分析,对其精度检测方法、数据分析和维修方法进行了总结。Slideways of a Metal-cutting machine can be worn away for long time use,which can bring about precision of the machine to lose.This paper introduces the structure charateristics of V shape slideway,methods of precision measurement,data analyzing and slideway maintenance.
