摘　　要：针对目前安防系统存在的问题,提出了城市安防视频监控智能指挥系统,利用实验室自主研发的SVM-3000系列矩阵,将传统的视频监控技术与先进的网络技术相结合,实现了多级数字视频的互联互控;设计了智能分析模块,可进行移动侦测和警戒线跨越的检测,实现了监控的预警功能;系统完善的报警联动模块,提供了立体化的防范体系。Aiming at the problem in the actual secucity and protection system, the video surveillance and intelligent command system in city seeurity and protection is proposed. The system uses the SVM-3000 video matrix which is independently developed by our lab, and the system combines the traditional video surveillance technology with the advanced internet technology, the multi-level digital video systems can be interconnected and controlled. The intelligent analysis module is designed, the function of moving detection and spanning warning line is realized, which is the pre-warning function of the video surveillance. The warning linkage module is self-contained, which provides omni directional protection system.
