摘 要:制造业信息化建设正向着集成化、智能化的方向发展,CAPP系统作为CIMS系统的一个重要组成部分受到广泛的重视。CAPP系统工序图自动生成始终是一个影响系统集成的关键技术之一,它融CAD、CAPP系统中的工艺规程提供的设计和制造信息为一体,且能为CAM提供加工动态模式的信息。本文在分析零件信息的描述与CAPP工序图的生成机理的基础上,详细介绍了与之相应的工序图自动生成方法。Manufacturing informationization construction is developing in the direction of integrated and intelligentialized,the CAPP system which is a important part of CIMS system that is widely token into account.The autogeneration of the CAPP system process charts are all along one of the key skills that impact system integration.The design and manufacture informations that offered by the technical schedule of CAD and CAPP system are melted into one. Also the information of process and dynamic models are offered to CAM by the CAPP system process charts.The description of parts information and the generation mechanism about CAPP process charts are analysed by the article and also the way of autogeneration about process charts of something about it are described in detail by the article.
