颈椎病患者康复需求及心理状态调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解颈椎病患者心理状态及康复需求，探索切合实际、行之有效的颈椎病康复运作模式。方法：采用症状自评量袁（SCL-90），及自行设计的颈椎病患者康复需求调查袁，对符合颈椎病诊断标准的67例患者，分别进行心理状态评定及康复需求调查。结果：颈椎病患者心理健康状况低于常模，在SCL-90躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、及精神病性等项因子分高于常模。且差异显著（P〈0．01或0．05）。同时颈椎病患者多数没有得到及时指导督促，疾病反复发作。结论：应重视患者的心理问题，给予必要的心理支持与干预，同时应进一步满足颈椎病患者康复需求，尝试联合社康共同维护颈椎病康复状态的运作模式。Objective：Understood the cervical vertebra sickness patient psychology and the recovery demand, explore realistically, the effective cervical vertebra sickness recovery operation pattern. Methods： Uses the symptom from to comment the meter （SCL - 90）, and independently designs the cervical vertebra sickness patient is restored to health the demand examination table, to conforms to the cervical vertebra sickness diagnosis standard 67 example patient, carries on the psychology evaluation and the recovery demand investigation separately. Results： The cervical vertebra sickness patient psychologically healthy condition is lower than often the mold,in the SCL --90 somzatization, interpersonal sensitive, anxious,and neurosis and so on the factor minute is higher than often the mold,also difference remarkable （P＇~0.01 or 0.05）. Simultaneously the cervical vertebra sickness patient most has not been under the prompt instruction supervision, disease manifests suddenly repeatedly. Conclusion：Should take patient＇s psychological question,gives the essential psychological support and the intervention, simultaneously sbould further satisfy the cervical vertebra sickness patient to be restored to health the demand, attempt federation of communes Kang maintains the cervical vertebra sickness recovery condition together the operation pattern.
