摘　　要：膝关节半月板损伤临床较常见，当前多采用关节镜等手术方法治疗。笔者根据中医的整体观念，采用“反麦氏征”手法配合理筋手法对膝关节半月板急慢性损伤进行治疗，治疗时以手法为主，配合药物和功能锻炼。The knee joint meniscus damage clinical common, current uses surgery method treatments and so on the arthroscope. The author acts according to the Chinese medicine the concept of viewing the entire situation, the use ＂counter--Mal drafts＂ the technique coordination principle muscle technique carries on the treatment to the knee joint meniscus anxious chronicity damage, when the treatment by the technique primarily, coordinate medicine and function exercise.
