摘　　要：目的：探讨超声诊断胎盘早剥的临床意义。方法：收集在本院分娩的57例胎盘早剥的孕妇，产前做超声检查的结论与产后临床资料的结果进行对照。结果：产前超声诊断符合率；83％（轻型胎盘早剥诊断符合率：46％，重型胎盘早剥诊断符合率：97％）。漏诊率；17％。结论：超声对胎盘早剥的诊断有重要的临床价值。Objective： Discusses the ultrasound diagnosis placenta early exhausted clinical significance. Methods： The collection in this courtyard childbirth 57 example placenta exhausted pregnant woman,pre--natal makes the supersonic inspection early the conclusion and the post--natal clinical material result carries on the comparison. Results： Pre--natal ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate; 83 %（light placenta early exhausted diagnosis coincidence rate：4.6 %,heavy placenta early exhausted diagnosis coincidence rate： 97 %）. Rate of missed diagnosis;17%. Condusion： Supersonic has the important clinical value early to the placenta exhausted diagnosis.
