浅谈循证护理在临床骨科的科学运用

摘　　要：循证护理（EBN）又称为实证护理或求证护理，是护理人员在计划其护理活动过程中，审慎地、明确地、明智地将科研结论与其临床经验及患者愿望相结合荻取证据，作为临床护理决策依据的过程，是将来自临床专家的研究、患者的愿望和现存的研究资源整合成为最好的证据，来制定患者的卫生保健计划，为患者实施整体护理。EBN是新医学模式下的护理工作模式，是护理发展的趋势，已被逐步应用于临床护理实践。Follows the card to nurse （EBN） to be called real diagnosis nursing or proof nursing,is the nursing staff in plans in its nursing process,if carefully, explicitly, unwisely the clinical experience and the patient desire unifies the scientific research conclusion the gain evidence, took the clinical nursing decision--making basis the process, is comes from the clinical expert＇s research, patient＇s desire and the extant research resources conformity becomes the best evidence, formulates patient＇s medical care plan,implements whole nursing for the patient. EBN is under the new medicine pattern nursing working pattern,is nurses the development the tend- ency,has been applied gradually in the clinical nursing practice.
