盐酸班布特罗治疗90例支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察口服 盐酸班布特罗治疗支气管哮喘的效果.方法：90例支气管哮喘患者随机均分为两组,两组均予以抗感染、吸氧、止咳化痰等综合治疗,治疗组在上术治疗的基础上口服盐酸班布特罗片20mg,每日1次,5～7d为一个疗程,统计哮喘症状评分和FEV1% 预计值.结果：两组治疗结束后,哮喘症状评分和FEV1% 预计值都得到了明显改善,两组与治疗前比较均有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）;同时对照组与同期治疗组比较,差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：盐酸班布特罗能够快速起效和持续控制哮喘症状,临床应用不良反应发生率低且轻微,值得临床推广.Objective：To observe the oral administration of bambuterol hydrochloride in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods： 90 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups, two groups are to be antibiotics, oxygen, refreshment and other comprehensive treatment,the treatment group on the Basis of treatment of oral hambuterol hydrochloride tablets 20 rag, 1 day, 5 - 7d for a course of treatment, statistics asthma symptom score and FEV1% predicted value. Results： after treatment in both groups, asthma symptom score and FEV1 % predicted value have been improved significantly~ the two groups before treatment were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05） ; while the control group compared with the same treatment group,the difference also statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Colacltlsion：bambuterol hydrochloride fast onset and sustained control of asthma symptoms,low incidence of clinical adverse reactions and mild, worthy of promotion.
