摘　　要：目的：观察针刺结合龙氏手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效. 方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组（针刺结合龙氏手法）与对照组（单纯针刺法）,各30例.结果：治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为86.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（p〈0.05）. 结论：针刺结合龙氏手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好疗效.Objective：The observation acupuncture ties the closure technique treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sick- ness clinical curative effect. Methods： Divides into the treatment group 60 example patients （acupuncture to tie closure technique） stochastically and the control group＇ （pure acupuncture law）, each 30 examples. Results： Treatment group total effectiveness is 96. 7% ,control group effectiveness is 86.7%, the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The acupuncture ties the closure technique treatment waist intervertebral disc prominently sickness to have the good curative effect.
