摘　　要：目的：探讨欣母沛预防和治疗产后出血的临床价值.方法：对85例有产后出血患者在采用常规止血方法无效情况下采用欣母沛治疗.结果：用欣母沛治疗92.94%有效.结论：欣母沛是治疗产后出血的一种有效方法.Objective： H emabate prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage value. Methods：85 cases of postpartum hemorrhage to stop bleeding in the conventional method is invalid under the circumstances, hemabate treatment. Results：92. 94% hemabate effective treatment. Conclusions：Treatment hemabate is an effective method of postpartum hemorrhage.
