摘　　要：目的：探讨提高胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤手术成功率、减轻手术并发症的护理要点.方法：回顾性分析12例胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤围手术期的护理,总结护理经验.结果：12例行胸主动脉瘤手术后,11例康复出院,1例因肾衰竭死亡.结论：术前给予心理支持,预防瘤体破裂,完善术前准备以尽快手术;术后除心脏外科的常规护理外,注意各系统重要脏器功能的观察护理,积极预防和处理并发症是有效提高手术成功率、帮助患者度过危险期的护理方法.Objective：The discussion enhances the aorta thoracicalis band aneurism surgery success ratio, reduces the surgery complication the nursing main point. Methods： The review analysis 12 example aorta thoraeicalis band aneurism encircles the surgery time nursing,summarizes the nursing experience. Results： After 12 routine aorta thoraeicalis lump surgery, 11 example recovery out of hospital,1 example because of renal failure death. Conclusion： In front of the technique gives the psychological support,the prevention lump body bursts, in front of the perfect technique prepares by as soon as possible the surgery; After the technique besides department of cardiac＇s conventional nursing,paye attention to various systems important internal organs {unction observation nursing, prevents and processes the complication is positively enhances the surgery success ratio effectively, helps the patient to pass the dangerous period the nursing method.
