摘　　要：目的：保证手术治疗效果,减少并发症,提高病人生活质量.方法：对32例病人进行术前、术后、康复等护理指导.结果：32例病人术后顺利康复,均无并发症发生.出院后六个月随访,已恢复正常生活.结论：通过护士术前、术后正确的护理指导以及康复训练,避免了并发症的发生,确保了手术治疗的效果,提高病人的生活质量.Objective： Guaranteed the surgery treatment result, reduces the complication,improves the patient quality of life. Methotis： Carries on nursing instructions and so on in front of the technique, technique, recovery after 32 example patients. Results： After 32 example patient technique smooth recovery,does not have the complication to occur. Leaves the hospital the latter six month revisit, restored the normal life. Conclusion： After the nurse technique in front of, the technique correct nursing instructs as well as is restored to health the training, has avoided the complication occurrence, has guaranteed the effect which the surgery treats, improves patient＇s quality of life,
