脂联素、COX-2在妊高症患者中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察妊高征孕妇血清中脂联素和胎盘中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达的变化,并探讨其在妊高征发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测30例妊高征患者(观察组)及30例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)胎盘中COX-2的水平,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组血清中脂联素的水平。结果观察组血清中脂联素水平较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组胎盘中COX-2表达较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者中脂联素与COX-2的表达呈负相关(r=-0.215,P<0.01)。结论妊高征孕妇血清中脂联素的表达降低,胎盘组织中COX-2的表达上升,二者与妊高征发病及病情发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of adiponectin and COX - 2 in pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome. Methods The level Of COX -2 in 30 pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome（ observation group） and 30 normal pregnant（ Control group）were detected by immunohistology. The level of adiponeetin in two groups were detected by ELISA. Results The level of adiponeetin in the observation group were lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of COX - 2 in the observation group were higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of adiponectin and COX -2 in observation group showed obviously inverse correlation （ r = -0.215, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The level of adiponeetin in pregnancy -induced hypertension syndrome deereased . and COX- 2 increased. Both of them are related the occurrence and development of pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome.
